World's largest rubber ducky coming to Rye, New York, in August

What if we told you that you can see the world's largest rubber ducky later this month?

From Aug. 16 through 18, Mama Duck — a six-story inflatable duck that has taken social media by storm — will be making a stop at Playland in Rye, New York. That's about 45 minutes northeast of Midtown Manhattan and northern Bergen County.

In this region, she most recently was seen at Splish Splash Water Park in Calverton, Long Island, from Aug. 2 to 4.

Weighing 15 tons and standing 61 feet tall, Mama Duck has as her motto "The world is her bathtub." The phenomenon — which can pose in land or water — has traveled from California to Louisiana and is scheduled to stop in Oklahoma, Virginia and Georgia over the next several months.

And for those who won't be able to see her in action, there's an online form where you can request for her to visit your neighborhood.
